Pros
Very flexible hours, decent pay, good work environment if you keep to yourself. Benefits are middle-of-the-road. Never take your work home with you.
Cons
No raises, reduced PTO because of Government contract, can't define employee goal metrics. Top management, which includes the CEO, do not like any questions regarding the details of their contract with the US Government. Employer pushes, "at-will" employment, meaning, they can let you go for any reason. You don't have to break a company policy or a Law and they can still fire you.
