Pros

Decent pay, good benefits. Outside plant staff (drivers & techs) were hard working. Safety focused. Phone training for office staff was useful and effective.

Cons

Micromanaged to death by region management team. Region distribution center increased delivery runouts by 200% in multiple markets which in turn increased customer complaints. High market pricing also increased customer complaints, although that had improved over the past 24 months. Unreliable computer systems frustrate both employees and customers. No raises for multiple years. Minimal input on annual budget - numbers just backed into.

Great PTO and flexible scheduling

Cons

Falsified W2s by adding more money to them then I actually made, or never actually paid me what they say they did. Cancelled health immediately instead of running it to the end of the month yet still took the premiums out of my last check. Very low pay for the position. Zero care for employee. Over work since always understaffed. I did the job of at least three people, all the while making less than the new guys that only did one thing. Never promote from within, always hires from outside. No growth in company.
