Management Lack of Planning and Leadership - Administrative SullivanCotter Employee Review

Direct leadership failed in having structure or direction as to how they would grow their teams with new hires. There was an evident lack of planning, lack of communication, and indirect and direct expressed desire to not want to actually lead. Very unaccecptable.
