      Pros

      Onboarding was very organized and Hr was very helpful at the beginning

      Cons

      If you get assigned to a project they may lay you off if suddenly budget is too much. Also piece of advice if you find yourself will be assigned to S.E.Z so called “integration lead” run i was told about this person from before i joined and my luck i was assigned with her. Also project was very boring no learning curve whatsoever.

      The recruiting teams are very responsive and helpful, the company's direction is nurturing and goal oriented.

      Cons

      The application process is a bit longer.

      Pros

      Great place to learn and work with talented people. There is always room for innovation

      Cons

      Throughout my 6 year journey with Sumerge, I can’t remember a significant cons; other than stressful days during projects delivery which is common in our industry.
