      s I've been with Sumerge for more than 4 years, and throughout my journey, I've experienced a workplace that genuinely invests in its people. The company provides a supportive environment where employees are empowered to take ownership, contribute ideas, and make an impact. What makes Sumerge special is that many of its benefits go beyond the usual workplace offerings. The level of empowerment, work life balance, mentorship, and support available to employees is something that not everyone may fully appreciate until they have experienced other work environments.

      No actual management, the leads don’t know nothing about the technical and still criticize your work? Also i was warned about this company from numerous people inside it but and even now after i left when i talk about to anyone about it they only have bad reviews. Very unprofessional.
