      The owners are very engaged in the day-to-day; there are lots of fun events; generally everyone is open to new ideas and ways of doing things.

      Pros

      Great community and support, tight culture and opportunities for learning.

      Cons

      Lack of organization, fast changing deadlines, not enough time to incorporate changes from Mech & Plumbing when they only finish their designs the day before or day of a submission.
