Pros

A good place to get alot of clinical experience. groups and try new things

Cons

Poor managenet, no training opportunities and required to use PTO to attend training, Pay is under market rate and company will not negotiate pay increases. Management is often disconnected, not present or unavailable, Management at Fort Collins and Loveland offices are often offsite. Hours are long and clinical caseload are very high. Decisions are made a higher level with little consideration for how it will affect the workers. The C-suite is not involved in any day to day operations,Hhigh turnover and burnout.

Pros

Growth opportunities for people getting their career started in behavioral health. Free supervision and a way to get clinical hours for licensure. Pay increases when credentials are obtained.

Cons

Work culture is lacking and lends to immaturity among immediate staff. Lack of cultural awareness and no advocacy to develop cultural competence. High burn out. Less likely to move up in company despite being qualified due to staff cliques. Lack of understanding for diverse staff needs.
