SummitStone Health Partners interview questions

I had a first round interview that went well, and Summitstone called to schedule a second round interview, and emailed. I responded to the email request, and did not hear back. After two days, I recontacted the sender to make sure I hadn't missed her response, and they told me they decided on another candidate. It stuck me as a little disorganized, and odd not to respond at all after contacting me to schedule.
