Sunbit is consumer centric. Always doing what's best (and what's right) for customers. We win by not letting our egos get in the way and by not taking any shortcuts.

Cons

We're a complex business with a lot of moving parts. It's not a place to relax and ride out a 9 to 5. We like to work hard and it's worth it because we all believe in the mission.

I truly love working for Sunbit. I've been working for the company for about 5 months now and as each month passes, I learn and evolve more and more each day. I love coming to work. I love the people I work with. Everyone here greeted me immediately with open arms when I started and extended their welcomes. And no one has let up. Everyone is a joy to be around. Anytime I need assistance - someone is always available to help. This is the first job I've worked for where everyone's mentality is always, "All hands on deck. I'm here to help." We work together!

Cons

At this time, there are no cons that come to mind. Everyone here is transparent and open to discuss whenever an important matter arises - and we always problem solve. The motto is very much, "There are no problems, only solutions." We always figure it out together.
