Pros

-Free lunch -A couple of people who are genuinely great to work with

Cons

Prepare to do menial tasks all day with an awful schedule. You will have to work Saturdays. 8 hours here feels closer to 8 days. Training is virtually non existent and what training is given to you is generally poor. You will be told 3 different things from 3 different people, then quickly criticized by someone if you make any mistake. The worst problem is the organization in that there isn't any. Management doesn't have a clue how to run things, and questions brought up in a team meeting are often met with "that's a good question..." after which no clear answer is given. One of the leads is genuinely awful.

Pros

The first thing that stood out to me about Suncrest was the type of people they hire. So many incredibly smart, talented, intuitive, hard-working professionals who are also well-rounded and know how to have fun! You quickly get the sense that upper management care much more about their employees than they do their paychecks. The work environment is fast-paced and engaging. You will rarely have a boring day and will probably end up going out for a drink with some coworkers after a long day of work to laugh it all off! And plus, they food they cater everyday is actually pretty dang good.

Cons

There honestly are not many cons. Suncrest is a younger company and is definitely experiencing some growing pains, but nothing that makes working there a negative experience. There's a steep learning curve, but you figure things out quickly and are hands-on by day one. Sometimes there can be high-stress situations, but everyone around you is always willing to help where they can.
