Prepare to do menial tasks all day with an awful schedule. You will have to work Saturdays. 8 hours here feels closer to 8 days. Training is virtually non existent and what training is given to you is generally poor. You will be told 3 different things from 3 different people, then quickly criticized by someone if you make any mistake.
The worst problem is the organization in that there isn't any. Management doesn't have a clue how to run things, and questions brought up in a team meeting are often met with "that's a good question..." after which no clear answer is given. One of the leads is genuinely awful.
