      Great pay, great people, respectable and honest work. Safe place to work in the refining industry.

      Corporate greed and imports putting Americans out of good paying jobs.

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Cons

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
