      Management on constant power trips Entirely too much busy work Customer is always right even when they're extremely wrong Soul crushing

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Cons

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
