Disappointing - Anonymous employee Sunoco Employee Review

Managers sometimes play favorites. There isn't that much overall opportunity for advancement because departments are small and aren't that many people that leave they just stay for the long haul and are stuck in their ways of doing things. This means not a lot of opportunity for advancement. There is no formal business related training so little opportunity for individual growth and not much opportunity for outside training (meaning going to or bringing in experts).
