      Location. You will be become very self suffcient and develop great qualities through the many process challenges.

      Cons

      Everything. This place is Good for someone coming straight out of School. If you are an experienced it's not worth the energy they will work you to death and then move to another unaware indiviual. The problem is people here dont know they are being treated bad... it's really sad.

      Pros

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Cons

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
