      Pros

      Working with some good people, the position offers a lot of flexibility, good internal resources if they stay on

      Cons

      Poor car mileage, HR in Addison pushes culture but teamwork and excitement are lacking at other branches. People stay in upper management roles for extended periods and initiatives stay the same and nothing changes. Also, they live and die by the book Good to Great have their flywheel, but doesn't really seem like they act on it. It's all talk

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Fast growing with lots of opportunity for advancement. Diverse product offerings. Lots of available training. Lots of resources avaialble across the board. Strong leadership that works closely with the team to ensure goals are met. GREAT people at this company.
