Great DM to work with. Dedicated work allows me ability to get home more often
Cons
Not able to get to shower as frequently as would like. Dedicated customer policies at warehouse are hindrance to getting in and out of yard quickly. Also, frequency of lack of available empty trailers keep from getting to shippers efficiently. ( a lot of dead hours over course of month having to wait on or going to retrieve trailers from other locations)

Pros
Decent Trucks sometimes, Better than average starting pay. Got to be put on a dedicated route that got me home every weekend after a few months otr.
Cons
After your main dispatcher leaves, The replacements are the dumbest people on the planet. Theyll send you loads that would require you to somehow immediately fall asleep where you are to make the pick up and drop off in time. Also none of the dispatchers have ever driven OTR before so they have no idea that picking up a load at 9 at night and then trying to find a safe place to sleep is damn near impossible.
