    I have been working at Super Service full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Great DM to work with. Dedicated work allows me ability to get home more often

    Cons

    Not able to get to shower as frequently as would like. Dedicated customer policies at warehouse are hindrance to getting in and out of yard quickly. Also, frequency of lack of available empty trailers keep from getting to shippers efficiently. ( a lot of dead hours over course of month having to wait on or going to retrieve trailers from other locations)

    No consistent processes. High School mentality from some of middle management.

    I have been working at Super Service full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Staff are very nice and helpful. They try to help everyone who is willing to help themselves. Over half of the drivers have been with the company for several years some as many as 30 years. I can earn a good living and be safe doing it. The old president is gone and the new leadership is making things happen.

    Cons

    Some of the equipment is getting old and is breaking down.

    You get Home on the weekends

    Everything pay was bad miles was bad equipment was bad never seen my promised bonus etc etc

    Two weeks vacation after one year of service, rider policy, Per Diem

    Cons

    Pay is not great- it's basically a company that's good for beginners. Very little home time, but pay doesn't make it worth it. Equipment breaks down a lot. Trailers are old.

    Pros

    Most of the people are honest. I was never lied to. Except about the bonus.

    Cons

    Even after driving over 54000 miles as a team driver. I was told that we would not get our bonus. Became we did not have 30000 miles each. This was wrong when I know teams who had no were near this. So I am buying my own truck 2017 and will be a contractor. I already have jobs lined up. Over $2 a mile plus fuel .can't beat that.
