Pros
Have worked at SureView for approximately a year. While reflecting, I feel incredibly lucky to have selected this offer among the others. The company is in a very good position: it's small enough to feel like a closely knit team, while also having the international & financial stability of a larger cooperation. The environment itself is very open and friendly. They hold occasional team outings at local restaurants, pre-COVID of course. Location-wise, the city is quite gorgeous, I enjoy walks during lunch. The office itself has a great view, with an open floor plan. When I began, my networking skills had room to improve, to say the least. But I've been met with nothing but understanding people, willing to share their experiences and help me along the way. Accomplishments don't go unnoticed & there is absolutely room to grow.
Cons
Being an international company, large timezone differences was something I had to acclimate to. Occasionally the team you need to speak with has long since logged out for the day, leading to small delays. The initial training was admittedly sparse. Several pieces did have to be picked up along the way. But I was never met with unrealistic expectations in this process.
