Challenging environment. Huge variety of equipment to work on. You'll see the world. They pay well but you'll be doing the work of two or three people.

Cons

Too much travel. They expect miracles and shove you out the door if you don't deliver them. It's burnout city.

Cons

- If you don't learn to make the work life balance work for you, it can be exhausting. But you'll also be given lots of support with this if you ask for it.
