Decent for short term employment - Sales Associate Swatch Group Employee Review

A lot of miscommunication with higher ups, and strict hierarchy. Ex. sales advisors are 'not allowed' to email anyone but their direct manager, no matter the situation. Not much support from senior management, no stock when needed, etc.
