      Old approach, no interest in what is currently popular in interface design No dribbble, Behance profile - no chance to expand your portfolio as a part of your work Probably one of the few companies requiring its UI/UX designers to use photoshop instead of Sketch Any requests regarding equipment are disregarded Very corporate style trying to look "startup" way Almost no feedback to work
