- awesome office space - flexible working hours (and places) - extra friendly atmosphere, the word "team" is a real deal there - many useful and fun benefits SwingDev gives a lot of opportunities to work on your skills and knowledge as long as you have a plan for your career/development. It's a dream place for self-driven specialists who seek support and trust rather than guidance.
Cons
The company is focused on developers. Almost everything is profiled according to their needs, and sometimes it can be felt among back-office staff.

1. Not enough product projects 2. Lack of company wide trainings/workshops 3. For me it was difficult to manage my work life balance due to working with California clients and many evening calls
