      Everything reasonable rather than made-blowing: reasonable products, reasonable management, reasonable conditions. For some time the products were technically superior to the more successful Oracle.

      Cons

      As a database company it was always the poor runner-up to Oracle. Tended to permeate the culture, where everyone was *striving to be second".
