      A strong team environment that encourages personal and professional growth, and prioritizes employee well-being. WFH works well, with the right balance of freedom and accountability. There's a very smart team here with solid management, which makes learning from others the best part.

      Pros

      Love working for Sync, they offer the ability to work from home and/or go into the office if needed. Parking is free when at the office. Competitive salary/compensation including health benefits and a Wellness Spending account. Team works together for the betterment of the company and it's users. Everyone is positive and supportive. There are great social events to get everyone together that is paid for by the company including ride-share to get you there and home safely if needed. It's a fast paced working environment that continues to grow.

      Cons

      Office location is a bit out of the way, no food options nearby.
