Everything the manager is a narcissistic person he never motivates his workers he will not pay your commission micromanages you watches how long you have been on a call KPI are onbsurd one of the worst companies I have ever worked for, what I was promised was never delivered always being shouted at telling us how useless we are! If this company ever wants to interview you HARD PASS WORST COMPANY EVER! And the sad part is the manager chix is the reason he has no people skills talks to his employees and candidates as if they are lower class sickening! Employees don't last longer then a week!!

No flexibility Toxic management Not everyone has the tools succeed Minimum leave and expected to take 3 days over the Christmas period from the allowance No sick pay De motivating WFH not allowed even though agreed in interview Management style Negative meetings leaving staff feeling down beat. Read the contract throughly it is completely in favour of the company.
