      Pros

      The Team were good, nice people, i was based remotely and got good support, the process and structure is different to what i had experienced previously, in a better way, lots of training given. Salary, Bens and Comms is good and better than most places as they dont pay benefits

      Having a permanent office, although this was in the process Just didn't work out for me,

      Pros

      The training provided, and the care that they have for their staff is just out of this world. There are Training Modules provided, and they ensure to make everyone feel included. They put more accent into making sure that the candidate experience is spot on.

      No cons thus far from me.
