      Pros

      The primary reason that I work for Synergy Legal Professionals is that they offer better compensation than other entry level jobs in other industries.

      Cons

      Synergy Legal Professionals places employees with Huron Consulting Group exclusively. There are no advancement opportunities for the vast majority of the employees and there are no performance reviews. I have been with the company for over one year and have yet to get a review or be offered a raise.

      Pros

      Great pay and great atmosphere. Staff is courteous and nice. Office location very nice and in a great location.

      Cons

      Sometimes the projects can vary in length. Some projects last up to 4 months, some project last a mere couple days. Also, sometimes the documents take a long time to load into the database.
