Small/mid-size company but still growing - can be considered a negative if looking for a larger network.

I started at Syntactx with zero experience in my respective department, however, through hard work and dedication, I was able to become a manager in about 2 years and gain a professional certification (paid for by company). This organization provides opportunity for growth on both a professional and personal level. Opportunities are everywhere. Like the old saying goes, "what you put in, is what you get out." The level of intelligence, passion and mentorship within the organization is unlike any other place I've ever worked. The CEO, Dr. Ouriel, is extremely passionate about his work and makes an effort to ensure that all employees feel empowered in developing their unique skill sets. I can't say enough great things about Syntactx and the tremendous growth I've experienced with them. And yes, this is a family-operated organization where you are made to feel like a part of the family. Multiple co-workers have enjoyed engagement parties and baby showers right along side every member of the family. If you are looking for a fast-paced, challenging and solution-oriented setting, then this is the place to be.

Like any other company, there may be some policies that are not completely agreeable, however, all employees have the ability to give feedback in weekly meetings with Executive Management.
