nepotism, small office, low pay

The other reviews already said it all. Syntactx leadership is mean, condescending, and unqualified to be holding such lofty positions. Nepotism in full effect here. They regularly talk down to employees and take advantage of them. The company is otherwise full of friendly, talented people, most of whom are undervalued, overworked, and underpaid. The pay at this company was tragic and embarrassing. Add little to no work flexibly, even during a global pandemic. This is the worst job I have ever had. You can absolutely believe all of the bad reviews. Anyone posting a good review still works there, and was probably directly asked by leadership to post a positive review here to help offset the bad reviews. Avoid working for this company if at all possible. There is a reason almost no one working there has stayed more than 2 years. People leave as soon as they get the chance. To this day I still occasionally have nightmares about working there.
