      Pros

      Wonderful people to work with as peers. If management decides they like you your life will be easier.

      Cons

      Zero work/life balance, terrible upper management with questionable accounting practices, ancient software technology not used elsewhere, high turnover from burnout and random firings. People who went on FMLA got fired as soon as they came back.

      Friday breakfast A few great coworkers 25 cent soda Benefits are good

      Terrible training for new hires Extremely old, buggy, unreliable software and development environments The loudest customer gets the attention and almost all were unhappy with S&S during my tenure Zero training opportunities unless you beg for it Many management level employees ought to go into politics they lie so much and some will absolutely backstab you if it is to their benefit. A lot of people will say this about their company, but it is worse here. Mandatory overtime
