      Great colleagues but poor management and burnout issues

      Pros

      Wonderful people to work with as peers. If management decides they like you your life will be easier.

      Cons

      Zero work/life balance, terrible upper management with questionable accounting practices, ancient software technology not used elsewhere, high turnover from burnout and random firings. People who went on FMLA got fired as soon as they came back.

      The people at S&S are some of the smartest, and hardest working people in the industry

      Cons

      The culture is not great. People are managed by the percentages from corporate and as a result there is a high turnover
