Not so great unless you really (I mean really) need a job in Japan - Anonymous employee SystemsGo Employee Review

Pros

Good place to work if you like helping other companies move their offices and set up their video conferencing. Somehow they are still in business, which is at least good for the current employees.

Cons

Management and CEO are duplicitous in most dealings with them. If you are not Australian, you are constantly in fear of your job being taken away with 30 days or less notice. One bad sales quarter, you are gone.

Pros

Modern corporate culture. People who succeed are rewarded. Employees enjoy many freedoms that a company of this size cannot afford to offer. Good place to grow your career.

Cons

Communication issues between upper management and lower tier staff members. Some offices lack leadership and mentors. Others lack workplace incentives.

Pros

People are all nice, and most clients are nice too. Not sure about internal workers, but engineers are usually at client sites alone or with others and can have various technical opportunity and meet new people, so engineers have advantage. Benefits and pay are better than other Japanese base competitors.

Cons

Career path may not be satisfied as it depends on which clients you are assigned to and what to do there. Because Management are American and Australian, Japanese who are not good at English may feel unfairly treated while non-Japanese speaker cannot do good performance in client sites.
