      Pros

      Great people to work with HR is very helpful and is always there if there are concerns

      Cons

      Company went from a western environment to a toxic Japanese management like environment. The CEO honestly doesn't know what he's doing, and makes rash decisions with out thinking of possible out comes that could occur. If management paid more attention to their passionate employees the company probably could do better and be more profitable.

      systemsGo is a good company to work for who needs decent pay but just have fun in the same position in life-time

      Pros

      People are all nice, and most clients are nice too. Not sure about internal workers, but engineers are usually at client sites alone or with others and can have various technical opportunity and meet new people, so engineers have advantage. Benefits and pay are better than other Japanese base competitors.

      Cons

      Career path may not be satisfied as it depends on which clients you are assigned to and what to do there. Because Management are American and Australian, Japanese who are not good at English may feel unfairly treated while non-Japanese speaker cannot do good performance in client sites.

      Pros

      Nothing much to shout about.

      Cons

      This company has the tendency to fire anyone if you are trying to outsmart your boss or they find that you are too expensive to keep. All C-level executives treat subordinates like children, think they are top performers when in reality all have backward thinking and lost touch with cutting-edge technologies. They hired you but don't make full use of your capabilities.
