Pros

Systemware PS works hard to address the needs of their consulting staff; from salary requirements to , working environment to domain preferences. Account Managers keep in touch with consultants on a consistent basis - and are very nice people! Consultants receive "Thank you!" acknowledgements from Systemware PS; you really feel a member of the Systemware family.

Cons

Consultants are not managed by employee guidelines; so this section is not applicable to them. As a consultant, you specify to Systemware PS what your requirements are for salary, work-life balance, etc. Your Account Manager works to meet your requirements, based on the confines of the contract.

Pros

Professional and courteous staff who treats you like a person instead of another number. You have an open door policy all the way up the organization. Your voice will be heard. I especially enjoyed the fact that my resume was not sent out to everyone under the sun. I actually interviewed with Systemware PS before I was submitted to a client. This is more of a quality over quantity philosophy, but it sets you up to succeed instead of trying to cram resources into interviews and positions they are not a match for. The company is a family friendly environment, and the people truly make it an enjoyable place to work for. I have a lot of respect for my recruiter, account manager, and the COO. I highly recommend working here.

Cons

The only downside is you may be spoiled for future engagements. Systemware PS sets the bar high.
