      No OT in general, work life balance is guaranteed. Office environment always in harmony.

      Relatively smaller desks as too many people have joined the company recently

      Pros

      Coworkers are helpful because they were thrown into their jobs with no training either. Production is 8 hour days 7 days a week, has been for over a year, great money but no life.

      Cons

      No training, no discussion of how to advance, they keep you on temporary basis forever with no raises or benefits.
