      Pros

      40 hours a week no 2 Saturdays a year

      Cons

      After you work for 1 month you if you make it you are persuaded to run to presses and if pieces are piled up because of continuous work someone if they notice will stop the machine so you will get caught up no real team work.

      Battle Creek, MI no raise, holiday pay or medical. Very much a dead end unless your into $9.00 hour job for life

      Pros

      Coworkers are helpful because they were thrown into their jobs with no training either. Production is 8 hour days 7 days a week, has been for over a year, great money but no life.

      Cons

      No training, no discussion of how to advance, they keep you on temporary basis forever with no raises or benefits.
