Pros
Great people, FUN, Professional, Doesn't hire weak minded people. Owner, COO and HR are awesome they have been nothing but helpful and understanding and kind to me. I have seen them help employees and I have seen their HR rep be highly disrespected and she still worked with the employees because she wanted them to do better. Seen the Owner give money and help employees who needed it. This is a great company! Any bad reviews they probably let these people go for NOT PREFORMING or being on their phones all day, lying, or stealing. Management doesn't want you on your phones, and they pay us to sell and do our job. I had to leave this company for personal reasons but the min I can get back there I will be back at TAP. Thank you for all you do TAP Management, you can't make everyone happy.
Cons
Kept sales people who didn't hit quota a lot. Give undeserving people to many chances. Need more training, need BETTER sales reps.
