Pros
Cross team communication is very easy and fluent. Easily get resources from management level for pilot projects. So, it's a place to learn and practice your skills. But it's a very traditional manufactory company, not internet company, it's good for stay a while.
Cons
Not too much personal life, working overtime is common and things get too complicated because of leadership politics. Very difficult to get promotions and salary increase just by working more years based on my teammates situations.
