    I worked at TCL full-time

    Pros

TCL has some of the most brilliant and hardworking people I've ever met. The coworkers are fantastic and knowledgeable. Feels like the startup mentality with the resources of a large corporation. Everyone is working toward the same goal and the results can be immensely satisfying. Management helps guide you toward your career goals and you can learn a bit of everything. If you have a passion and motivation, you can go far in this company.

    Cons

Severely below average compensation and benefits. A lot of patience is needed in order to reach a satisfactory level of salary and benefits. This kind of patience most people won't have.

    Advice to Management

Re-calibrate the pay and benefits structure. It is not within industry standards. You are losing out on valuable employees who know they are competent enough to find a more competitive salary elsewhere.

I worked at TCL full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

USA Division is growing by leaps and bounds. Great company culture (USA) Div -still small enough have a tight knit group, constantly having employee get togethers, luncheons, etc. No politics, everyone going after same goal. Benifits are good, pay is good as well.

    Cons

Parent company TCL is HUGE, they pretty much stay out of the mix, but you may occasionally have to work with them and language barrier can be a challenge.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.
