Cons
Since 2022, this place has been a depressing dump to be at. They hire all the high profile folks who come in thinking they are smart but in reality they don’t know what they’re doing. CEO hired a friend from mommy and me class and that person was fired quickly (because again, incompetence). They don’t care about junior folks and leave no room for growth while they go out and hire senior folks externally with no experience. My new manager was so horrendous and the most incompetent person I’ve met professionally so I had to leave even without a job lined up because I could not take it anymore. My old coworkers are still suffering there under this new leadership despite various complaints. Our words mean nothing because management cannot admit they hired incorrectly. -Comp was below average. I found a job after I left and the pay for a lateral move was so much more. -they used to have a paying cafeteria with amazing kitchen staff but new management fired them all and hired crappy catering company. But hey, at least the food is free now even if it’s not good.
