TDA used to be a great place to work until recently. Some terrible C-level hires have made, resulting in an old school, micro management approach to recruitment. Unattainable targets, unless you are those C-suite staff members that seem to glide through TDA, with no money on the board, yet demanding water our of a stone, to those lower than them. Terrible management - Unattainable targets - No culture - Contradictory leadership style

The NY team is wonderful

I don't know how this place has so many positive reviews. The team in NY is fantastic but the UK team is a mess. There is a serious lack of process, and a total lack of disregard for their employees. They don't share your commission statements until after you've been paid, leaving you confused on what commissions are pending and what has been paid out. They also have a complete lack of structure in their accounts team. One of my roles has gone 7 months without being paid out. Coming from other well-known recruitment agencies, the lack of structure here is outstanding. There's also a very heavy drinking culture. Another thing I noticed is the favoritism here. There are employees who are still with the company yet have not billed in MONTHS, yet employees that were billing successfully were let go. Horrible place with horrible founders. Again, the NY team is fantastic and I can't say enough positives about them but the UK team is a hard NO. They also post the same one job 10x, making them seem to have more opportunities than they actually do.

We hold ourselves to the highest standards and are always working hard to improve our internal processes so that the lives of all our employees are continuously elevated to the highest level. Obviously, your post is anonymous, so we do not know who you are or when you left us, but we would like to address some of your feedback. In recent months, we have introduced a new Chief Finance Officer who has grown the accounts team and further streamlined our commission and payment processes. Our commission structure has always been on our central hub, which is available for all employees to view, ensuring maximum transparency. We cannot provide feedback on your comment about billing employees being let go as there are many variables involved in dismissing employees. However, for non-billers, we have introduced and invested in new training methods to give everyone an equal opportunity to reach their full potential. We have recently introduced new benefits for all employees, including flexible working, early finishes, extra holidays, and more. We do not condone a heavy drinking culture, nor do we condone favouritism. Regarding client and candidate experience. This is always our number one priority and we currently have a net promoter score of 93% for candidates and 97% for clients. This comes from nearly 500 reviews. The most micromanaged company I have ever been a part of. Layoffs are common and happen frequently.
