Pros
Great place to get your foot in the door to experience the consulting industry. Initial pay is competitive. Company is open to new ideas when presented.
Cons
Lack of direction from senior staff. Work hard, not smart is status quo for senior acceptance. Rewards are based on the amount of overtime that is perceived, not actually quantity and/or quality of work accomplished. Lack of promotions and compensation increases. Non-degreed hourly employs typical make more money during the heavy weeks. Degreed salary employees are expected to work for free without any real guarantee of promotion and/or raise.
