TLC Engineering Solutions interview questions

15 minute phone call with reviewer, gave me tips to talk to manager and what to prepare for. Was so kind and interested in what I had to say. 30 minute phone after with manager, asked me a couple of questions about myself but conversation was so smooth and he was a funny, kind guy. Overall great interview process.

Note that this interview was conducted over the phone. That being said, I thought it was interesting, to say the least. I thought the questions were relevant, but the interview was unusual. Throughout the 45-minute phone call, the interviewer sounded like they were NOT remotely paying attention to my answers and consistently repeated themselves or had extended pauses for 5, 10, and sometimes even 15 seconds. I didn't want to speculate about what she was doing or not, but I didn't feel like I had the interviewer's undivided attention. This was frustrating because I had prepared for this interview. Even if I had progressed further into the interview process at TLC Engineering Solutions, I would have likely lost interest based solely on this interview.
