Pros

This organization truly excels in fostering both professional and personal growth. The leadership is highly supportive of career development, offering clear pathways for advancement, including fast-tracked career options for those who demonstrate initiative and leadership potential. The company offers an excellent benefits package, including comprehensive health coverage and generous paid time off (PTO), which supports a healthy work-life balance. Overall, the work environment is dynamic, collaborative, and empowering, making it an ideal place for ambitious professionals to thrive.

Cons

While the company is fantastic in many aspects, one challenge to be aware of is the demand for overtime during peak seasons and fast-paced projects, which can become quite extensive. Additionally, when you’re out of the office, there is an expectation to arrange for coverage, which can occasionally be difficult to coordinate. This might place additional pressure on employees during busy periods.

Pros

- Hybrid schedule, decent office, no travel required - Had an assigned mentor who genuinely tried.

Cons

- The work is Revit clicking. You will not do engineering. You will draft lighting layouts and route conduit in reflected ceiling plans for months. Leadership is more focused on personal religious ministry than engineering. Monthly meetings included presentations arguing for God's existence. You "don't have to participate" but your boss is the one presenting, so good luck with that. - If you're an EE student hoping to do anything technical like power, controls, embedded, RF, anything. This is not it. It's construction documentation with an engineering title.
