Excellent Operational Manager, great teamwork, friendly people. Great facility for the workers. No homework after working hours. Good starting career for a beginner with respectable fee.
Cons
No phone while working for staffs, due to very reasonable reason. Internal communication issues within the executive teams, hampering staffs' performance and trust. No opportunities for greater carrier. Comfort zone.
