      Very relaxed environment Family friendly, good work / life balance (though not sure how much longer this will last) Great support teams (IT, Admin, Finance, Settlement) I had the privilege of working with some really lovely, decent and simply amazing people

      Cons

      Under-staffed & lack of resources often resulting in working long hours & weekends, and extremely stressful for some Too much politics & toxic hindrance post merger causing great distractions Honesty & Integrity have become words of Mission Statement and no longer the core values that were once observed & practiced

      Colleagues are professional and work hard to ensure the company follows policies, procedures and the rule of law.

      Cons

      Desk managers and senior executives view compliance and other support functions as an unnecessary hindrance to the business.
