- Management does not have a clear direction. - Sometimes they work against the parent company - The Aggregator department promotes a blame-heavy culture. - Some senior leaders act dismissively, and HR does not address it. - The workplace lacks structure and professionalism. - Job security feels unpredictable.

- nice people in Warsaw office - stability & good salary - work/life balance - since Warsaw hub was created very recenly I feel I really have impact on how it develops - I learn a lot

Cons

- internal processes keep changing - higher management (Dubai based) not very proffessional - salary is good but the company is too frugal on some other staff
