Hello! Thank you so much for your review. We are excited that you have enjoyed your experience with us as much as we have enjoyed having you on the team! We pride ourselves in the technologically enabled workplace we have to offer our amazing team members and are glad our openness and agility have made a great impact on you. From a development perspective, thank you for bringing these areas forward as some areas of improvement for us. I'd like to address one specifically, but know all of these items have been shared with our leadership team. Hardware (Computers) - We recognize there have been a number of technology challenges over the last couple of months around the current hardware we are using. Our IT team is hard at work and will begin testing a few different systems with some select power users in the Vancouver office through the month of August and we will be making a new hardware purchasing decision by the end of August.
