Pros

There were a few really wonderful and qualified people who worked at Travizon. However, they are being overloaded with way too many clients and not enough access to standard operating necessities (like a computer that works and a version of Microsoft Office that's somewhat current).

Cons

The salaries are terrible and they expect you to work crazy hours and pretty much be on call 24/7. The benefits are an absolute joke as well. They don't even supply you with pens and basic office supplies. Not sure where they are spending all their money, but it's not on their employees or their technology. If all their clients knew the amount of nasty spam that gets through the companies email server and "spam" blocker they'd think twice before they let them house their data. Scary stuff! The management team is dysfunctional as well.

Pros

Great people and everyone works as a team. I have worked here over 10 years and Travizon strives to improve in technology, policies and procedures continuously. The majority of management really cares about their employees and the company. Travel is a unique industry and it can be stressful but Travizon does it well. Most employees have been with the company over 10 years and some are celebrating 20 or 25 years. If you work somewhere that long it must be a good place to work.

Cons

Not perfect but most companies aren't.. Travizon at least acknowledges any shortcomings and tries hard to correct them. Make take longer than you want but it's nice to know it's not being ignored.
