Pros
Fully distributed/remote work structure (as long as you're not in a US sanctioned country). The technical & logistical problems are quite interesting.
Cons
An entire team was laid off even though the CEO stated there would be no lay offs in the quarter at the All Hands (a week later). Work life balance is terrible regardless of which team. Career advancement and leveling is unclear as management are new to leadership themselves, including C-level. Compensation/benefits will pale in comparison to well known companies with the same hiring bar. As crypto is often associated with fraudulence, if you have an interest in this field, be ready to experience greater skepticism. TLDR: Consider TRM's competitors before joining, or research traditional risk management or data intensive companies.
